Label

Projects which abide by the defined criteria and thus contribute to the realization of the National Spatial Data Infrastructure in Switzerland may bear the label e-geo.ch.

The signatories of the Charta may use the trademark with the comment "Partner of the program e-geo.ch". This applies to communications media such as letters with a letterhead, business cards, publications and Internet pages. However, it may not automatically be used for projects, products or other initiatives of the signatories of the Charta. A special permission is required for these cases.

 
In order to bear the label, a project must fulfill the following criteria:

•  adhere to the defined criteria and principles of the Charta
• be conform to the aims of e-geo.ch
• be part of one of the nine themes of e-geo.ch
• respect the adopted and published standards by e-geo.ch
• contribute to promoting NSDI and increasing its application
